The theory test is offered in English, Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. Individuals that have completed hours at beauty school, approved apprenticeship, or are seeking a license for braiding and that do not have an active/current license in another state or jurisdiction.

( NRS 644A & NAC 644A) Theory Test Information The mission of the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology is to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of those that obtain cosmetology related services through the delivery of quality testing, licensing, inspection, and education services that focus on consumer protection. All other languages will be available to schedule beginning July 1, 2022. 
The Advanced Esthetician exam is available to schedule in English beginning June 15, 2022.
